With All Eyes Watching, Here’s When Netflix’s Q2 Numbers Come

With “Squid Game” cleared for a second season and “Stranger Things” running Kate Bush’s “Running Up that Hill” up the charts in every English-speaking country on Earth, one would think Netflix is riding high in the digital video streaming universe.

That’s hardly the case, and investors will be intensely scrutinizing the OTT pioneer in one month as it rolls out its Q2 2022 financial results.

Netflix will post its results for the three month period ending June 30 to its investor relations website Tuesday, July 19 at approximately 4pm Eastern. This will accompany a brief advisory release via newswire containing a link to the results and a letter to shareholders on its website.

It’s par for the course, as Netflix has eschewed the traditional investor and Wall Street analyst call. Instead, it is going once again with a video interview with co-CEO Reed Hastings, co-CEO & Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos, Chief Financial Officer Spence Neumann, COO & Chief Product Officer Greg Peters and VP/IR & Corporate Development Spencer Wang. It will be available at 6pm Eastern.

The discussion will be moderated by Doug Anmuth, of JPMorgan, with questions submitted via email.

Want to ask a question? Investors are asked to submit them as well in advance as possible for inclusion, and they may be emailed to [email protected].

The video interview can be accessed on the Netflix Investor Relations YouTube channel at youtube.com/netflixir.
