WorldSpace Satellite Radio, which is US-based but operates only overseas, announced a deal with holders of its bridge loan notes and convertible notes to defer payments – but not for long. The company now has until June 30th to pay $17.7 million in principal on the bridge loan notes plus all unpaid interest due on both notes. Meanwhile, WorldSpace reported in SEC filings that two of its directors had resigned.
