Traders worried about the European financial crisis and whether the Congressional Supercommittee would succeed in its mission to cut federal deficits, so stock prices were under pressure on Wednesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 191 points, or 1.6%, to 11,906. Broadcasting stocks also fell.
The RBR Radio Index was down 4.674, or 1.4%, to 327.430.
The TVBR Television Index was down 7.363, or 3%, to 236.192.
