Pile of MoneyIt’s a pretty quick way to put a broadcaster out of business, but the FCC says the case involves a “television broadcast station licensee’s repeated and egregious disregard for several Commission rules, most significant of which was its refusal, on two separate occasions, to comply with its obligation to allow FCC agents to inspect its facilities.”
