Inner City Broadcasting/YMF Media’s Progressive/Urban Talker in NYC is changing its format to Hispanic 1/1. The station doesn’t show up in the Nielsen ratings for New York. A bit surprising since it aired local shows like “All Things New York with Rennie Bishop,” Armstrong Williams and morning host Mark Riley. It also aired progressive talkers like Thom Hartmann, Randi Rhodes and Ed Schultz.
