constructionSometimes when a company buys a broadcast station, it’s like buying furniture from one of those stores where consumers can save money by putting the merchandise together themselves. Such is the case with this FM transaction.


The station is KREO-FM CP Jamestown WY.

The seller is Kona Coast Radio LLC, headed by Victor A. Michael Jr.

The buyer is Red Desert Communications LLC, headed by Clifton R. Topp.

The price is $10,000 cash.

It was acquired by Michael in FM Auction #93 without a bidding credit.

KREO-FM CP is a Class C2 on 93.5 MHz with 4 kW @ 892’. The station will serve unrated territory in the southwest portion of the state.

This will be the buyer’s only station.
