YMF has appointed named the WBLS/WLIB NYC VP/GM as its President, reporting directly to the YMF Board. He’ll will continue his current role running the stations as well. Charles Warfield, COO, YMF Media Holdings, mentioned at NABOB in DC this year he was retiring. He will continue with the company in a consulting role. Levingston has been with WBLS for nine years and is credited with returning it to one of the top-ranked Urban stations in the country.
