ZGS Takes DirecTV Dispute to the FCC


CommentsHispanic-owned television group ZGS has made the case for carriage before the FCC, claiming that satellite service DirecTV is failing to properly serve local Hispanic citizens by refusing to carry its Class A Telemundo-affiliated stations.

It made its remarks against the backdrop of DirecTV’s proposed merger into AT&T in a letter to all five commissioners.
