CBS Monday 'Hawaii Five-0' takes first in 25-54 demo

TWO AND A HALF MEN was Monday’s number one scripted program in viewers and adults 18-49 for the second consecutive week, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER posted gains in viewers and key demos and HAWAII FIVE-0 won its time period in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Sept. 27.


At 8:00 PM, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.3/08, 8.97m) was first in adults 18-34 (3.8/11), second in adults 18-49 (3.8/11) and tied for second in adults 25-54 (4.1/10, with FOX). Compared to last week’s season premiere, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was up +3% in adults 25-54 (from 4.0/10), +6% in adults 18-49 (from 3.6/10), +9% in adults 18-34 (from 3.5/11) and added +180,000 viewers (from 8.79m, +2%). 

At 8:30 PM, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (5.0/07, 8.14m) averaged a 3.8/09 in adults 25-54 and 3.2/08 in adults 18-49. Compared to last week’s season premiere, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was up +3% in adults 18-49 (from 3.1/08).

At 9:00 PM, TWO AND A HALF MEN was second in households (8.5/13), viewers (13.87m), adults 25-54 (5.8/13) and adults 18-49 (4.8/12).  TWO AND A HALF MEN was the night’s number one scripted program in households, viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49. 

At 9:30 PM, MIKE & MOLLY was second in households (7.0/10), viewers (11.21m), adults 25-54 (4.7/10) and adults 18-49 (3.7/09).  MIKE & MOLLY retained 95% of its adult 18-49 premiere rating (3.9/10).

At 10:00 PM, HAWAII FIVE-0 was first in adults 25-54 (4.6/11), adults 18-49 (3.5/09), second in both households (7.8/13, -0.1 behind ABC) and viewers (12.34m).
