SoldTom Huth is selling KNTF-AM 1340 Chico, CA (simulcasting AAA KVXX-FM there) to Radio Santisimo Sacramento for $300K. The station is licensed to Oroville, CA and airs with 1-kW.


In other recent filings, LKCM Radio Licenses has closed on the sale of “The Ranch,” Country KRVA-FM Campbell, TX to The Way Radio Group for $120K. The Class A airs with 3.6-kW @ 423 ft.

Greeley Broadcasting has closed on the sale of Hot AC KLMI-FM 106.1 in Rock River, WY to Wolf Creek Radio Broadcasting for $161.2K. The station was operating on a LMA by Wolf Creek. It airs with 25-kW @ 171 ft.
