A pair of stations in the Colorado Springs market is going from one Junior to another. Donald B. Crawford Jr.’s DJR Broadcasting is selling the AM duo to Victor A. Michael Jr. and his Kona Coast Radio LLC.

The stations are KCMN-AM Colorado Springs CO and KCBR-AM Monument CO.

According to broker Gene Ferry, the price is $400K. A contract filed with the FCC specified an escrow deposit of $20K, a $280K cash payment to DJR at closing for the station, and a $100K deposit for Crawford’s K-Dreams LLC, which holds the tower and other real estate.

Ferry represented the buyer; Michael Bergner represented the seller.
