MMTC letter cautiously endorses Marshall-Nexstar waiver

David HonigDavid Honig, President of the Minority Media and Telecom Council, sent a letter to the FCC, supporting the attribution rule waiver request for the Marshall-Nexstar proposed JSA. The National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters (NABOB) also recently asked the FCC to approve JSA waivers that would clear the way for Nexstar’s $58.5 million proposed sale of three Fox affiliates to minority-owned Marshall Broadcasting Group.
