WMNO-CA faces a hefty FCC fine not only for numerous infractions of FCC rules, but also for failing to report one of the infractions when it filed for a license renewal.
What have we got here? A lot. The station failed to file for its license renewal until after the license had expired, and then operated without authorization. It didn’t timely file its Children’s programming reports, and when it finally got around to applying for its new license, it failed to report its failure to report. Finally, it failed to file its 2011 biennial ownership report on time.
