A double trio of NH television outlets – three full-power, three of the low-powered variety, are going from one non-profit entity to another, with one executive listed as a party of both groups.

Peter A. Frid signed off on the transaction for the assignor – University System of New Hampshire Board of Trustees; and is also listed among the principals of the assignee, New Hampshire Public Broadcasting. The latter is headed by Jeffrey Gilbert.

The stations are being transferred for no consideration in what is being called a disaffiliation on the part of University System.

The stations, all in New Hampshire, include WENH-TV Durham, WEKW-TV Keene, WLED-TV Littleton, W34DQ-D Pittsburg, W50DP-D Hanover and W26CQ Colebrook.
