The buyer is Marquee Broadcasting of Brookeville, Maryland. Patricia and Brian Lane each have a 50% interest in the company.
The price is $350,000
Marquee also the licensee of WMDT(DT), Salisbury, Maryland, WEVD-LP, Dover, Delaware and the permittee of WGDV-LD, Salisbury, Maryland and hold an attributable interest in WGTA(DT), Toccoa, Georgia.
