Prices Revealed For EMF’s Entercom Spins

Entercom Communications late Monday revealed its first set of divestments made necessary in order to receive government approval of its Reverse Morris Trust-fueled acquisition of CBS Radio.


A suburban San Diego FM, and an FM serving the Wilkes Barre-Scranton market are being sold — along with a popular Classic Rocker in Los Angeles.

Thanks to a Form 314 filing with the FCC Wednesday morning, we now know what Educational Media Foundation (EMF) — purveyor of two Christian Contemporary Music noncomm formats — is paying for the three stations.

Also in RBR+TVBR‘s TRANSACTIONS TODAY: A Savannah, Ga., TV station trades hands in a deal brokered by Hadden & Associates Nationwide Media Brokers.
