The Walt Disney Company is in the process of selling off its fleet of mostly large-market AM stations, but it is planning to continue to offer its children’s radio format, Radio Disney, with the assistance iBiquity Digital, as a digital side-channel option.
Under the plan, it would be the second or third option available on stations with a more mainstream primary format.
