After delisting by Nasdaq, shares of Regent Communications were still trading Friday on the so-called “Pink Sheets.” Trading opened at 18 cents, the same as Thursday’s close on Nasdaq, then dropped a bit.
Trading Friday was in a range of 15-18 cents. Volume started light, then picked up. The stock closed at 15 cents.
According to CFO Tony Vasconcellos, the market makers for Regent’s stock plan to put it on the OTC Bulletin Board, but the filings with the SEC to do so will take a couple of days. In any case, the ticker “RGCI” still applies. You currently need a “PK” suffix to get a price quote, which will change to “OB” when it goes onto the Bulletin Board.
