TeleFutura’s prime increased by +43% among Total Viewers

NPM Broadcast Prime Highlights Week of 05/31/10 – TeleFutura ended the week with nearly 900,000 Total Viewers 2+ (873,000), 507,000 Adults 18-49 and 329,000 Adults 18-34 during broadcast prime (M-Sat 8p-11p, Su 7p-11p).
 
•  For the week TeleFutura also out-delivered the CW network during broadcast prime (M-sat 8p-11p, Sun 7p-11p) by +3% among Adults 18-49
   (TF 507,000 vs. CW 492,000) and by +20% among Adults 18-34 (TF 329,000 vs. CW 275,000).
 
•  Compared to the same week a year ago, TeleFutura’s broadcast prime audience increased by huge margins among all key demographics, including Total  Viewers 2+ (+26%), Adults 18-49 (+25%) and Adults 18-34 (+35%) while Telemundo’s declined by -18% among Total Viewers 2+, -24% among
Adults 18-49 and -24% among Adults 18-34.
 
•   In the current 2009/2010 Season, TeleFutura averaged strong year-to-year audience growth during broadcast prime while Telemundo reported audience
declines or no growth among Total Viewers 2+ (TF +43% vs. TEL -9%), Adults 18-49 (TF +41% vs. TEL -5%) and Adults 18-34 (TF +45% vs.
TEL 0%) compared to the same period in the 2008/2009 Season.
 
•  TeleFutura continues to generate more nightly wins over Telemundo in the current 2009/2010 Season during broadcast prime versus the same period in the 2008/2009 Season among Total Viewers 2+ (78 nights vs. 30 nights), Adults 18-49 (63 nights vs. 33 nights) and Adults 18-34 (75 nights vs. 32
nights).
 
•  TeleFutura was the #2 Spanish-language network, beating Telemundo, during the weekend broadcast prime hours (Sat 8pm-11pm & Sun 7pm-11pm) among all key demographics, including Total Viewers 2+ (TF 781,000 vs. TEL 693,000; +13% Adv.), Adults 18-49 (TF 447,000 vs. TEL 394,000; +13% Adv.)  and Adults 18-34 (TF 291,000 vs. TEL 247,000; +18% Adv.).
 
•  From 8pm-11pm on Saturday night (June 5, 2010), TeleFutura’s movie line-up which consisted of “Cine de las Estrellas: El Beso de la Muerte”
   (“KISS OF DEATH”) and “Cine de las Estrellas 2: Punto de Quiebra” (“POINT BREAK”) out-delivered Telemundo’s  “Cine de Impacto: Femme
   Fatale” and “Cine de Impacto II: Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines” by double-digit margins among Total Viewers 2+ (TF 693,000 vs. TEL 505,000; +37% Adv.), Adults 18-49 (TF 412,000 vs. TEL 316,000; +30% Adv.) and Adults 18-34 (TF 248,000 vs. TEL 182,000; +36% Adv.).
 
•  On Sunday night (June 6, 2010) from 7pm-11pm, TeleFutura was once again the #2 Spanish-language Network thanks to its  special airing of “Famosos en la Mira” , “Cine de las Estrellas: Limite Vertical” (“VERTICAL LIMIT”)  and “Videos Asombrosos,” beating Telemundo’s entire primetime line-up
    of “Cine en Casa: Jungle Boy” and “Cine Millonario: Babel” among Total Viewers 2+ (TF 847,000 vs. TEL 835,000; +1% Adv.), Adults 18-49
    (TF 474,000 vs. TEL 453,000; +5% Adv.) and Adults 18-34 (TF 324,000 vs. TEL 296,000; +9% Adv.).
 
•  Additionally, on Saturday night (8pm-11pm), TeleFutura was the #5 Broadcast network (regardless of language), out-performing CBS and TEL among Adults 18-34.
