Call it the “IBC” effect. Fresh from its appearance at IBC2017 in Amsterdam, a major media technology conference with global participants, Veritone Inc. shares soared an incredible 35%, to a new record high of $46.20, in trading on Wall Street Tuesday.
One month ago, Veritone shares sat at $7.87.
Now, Veritone sits high with a market capitalization of $691 million.
Today’s trading was far higher than normal, volume-wise, with 2.13 million shares trading hands. This compares to average volume for VERI stock of 196,100 shares.
