Walmart on top, Target pulls back

Media MonitorsWith all the news focus on Target last week, Walmart continue to crank out the ads with 28,007; making them #1 again.  Coming in #2 was ABC TV Network with 20,926 announcements, while Univision was #3 airing 20,747 spots. NBC TV Network was steady at #4 running 19,536 spots, while Nissan soared from #35 to #5 with 19,334 spots. Target slipped from #3 to #6 with 18,858 ads. Macy’s moved up from #10 to #7 with 16,861 commercials and McDonald’s landed at #8 with 16,589 spots. Pillsbury slipped from #6 to #9 with 15,929 ads, while Toyota took #10 with 15,785 spots.
