In late March, the FCC’s Media Bureau denied an Application for Review filed by prolific Christian Contemporary Music noncomm Educational Media Foundation that sought review of the Bureau’s mid-2016 decision to award a new low-power FM station in Pasadena, Calif., which came with a waiver of the second-adjacent channel minimum distance separation requirements.


EMF didn’t stop there. A Petition for Reconsideration was filed by EMF on April 21, in which the noncomm requested reconsideration of the Commission’s Order in this proceeding.
