TeleFutura Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of January 30, 2012 to February 5, 2012
• Last week, TeleFutura recorded its 2nd highest weekly performance thus far in the 2011/12 Season with over 600,000 Total Viewers 2+ (658,000) and 397,000 Adults 18-49, while among Adult s18-34 (240,000) it recorded its highest weekly average, during Broadcast Prime (Mon-Sat 8pm-11pm/Sun 7pm-11pm).
• Compared to its previous week average (01/23/12-01/29/12), TeleFutura produced single to double-digit audience increases among Total Viewers 2+ (658,000 vs. 615,000; +7%), Adults 18-49 (397,000 vs. 344,000; +15%) and Adults 18-34 (240,000 vs. 190,000; +26%) during broadcast prime.
• TeleFutura’s weeknight edition of “Cine de las Estrellas” (8pm-10pm)…
* Delivered its highest weekly performance since week of 01/02/12 (weeknight movies returned to line-up) among all key demographics that included Total Viewers 2+ (637,000), Adults 18-49 (367,000) and Adults 18-34 (230,000).
* Grew its audience by significant margins compared to its prior week average among Total Viewers 2+ (637,000 vs. 547,000; +16%), Adults 18-49 (367,000 vs. 269,000; +36%) and Adults 18-34 (230,000 vs. 143,000; +61%).
• TeleFutura’s M-F 10pm-11pm dramatic series ”El Capo…”
* Attracted 650,000 Total Viewers 2+, 436,000 Adults 18-49 and 243,000 Adults 18-34.
* Double-digit percent increases in comparison to its prior week (01/23/12-01/27/12) among Total Viewers 2+ (650,000 vs. 566,000; +15%), Adults 18-49 (436,000 vs. 366,000; +19%) and Adults 18-34 (243,000 vs. 208,000; +17%).
• On Sunday night (02/05/12) from 7pm-11pm, TeleFutura was the #2 Spanish-language network thanks to its back-to-back movie airings of “Cine de las Estrellas: Pelea Maxima” and “Cine de las Estrellas: Out of Reach” which generated more Adult 18-34 viewers (TF 292,000 vs. TEL 236,000; +24% Adv.) than Telemundo’s primetime line-up that included “Pa’Lante con Cristina” and “Idolos de Mexico IV: El Diablo, El Santo y El Tonto.”
* Head-to-Head in the 7pm-9pm block on Sunday night, TeleFutura ‘s “Cine de las Estrellas: Pelea Maxima” beat Telemundo’s airing of “Pa’Lante con Cristina” among Adults 18-49 (TF 483,000 vs. TEL 419,000; +15% Adv.) and Adults 18-34 (TF 313,000 vs. TEL 184,000; +70% Adv.).
