House Energy and Commerce Committee takes shape
The makeup of the House of Representatives committee with predominant oversight on issues of interest to broadcasters for the 109th Congress has been determined. Chip Pickering (R-MS) returns as vice-chair and also sits on the all-important Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet. Fred Upton (R-MI) continues as its chair.
