Minnesota Public Radio decided to spin off its pair of Minneapolis area AM stations, and Peter Davidson was there to add them to his rapidly-expanding niche oriented radio group. At 5.2M, it easily took top honors in this sleepy week - - in fact, it accounted for over 90% of the week's total value.
