New York City police have arrested Jamal Roman and charged him with attempted murder, assault, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon in the baseball bat beating of Pelagio de la Cruz a talk host on WESX-AM Salem-Boston, MA. The New York Daily News quotes police sources as saying fellow suspect Gavin Scott gave up Roman as the man who actually wielded the bat in the savage attack caught on a video surveillance camera.
