A ‘Berry’ Big Deal In The Gateway City

Seven years ago, bail bondsman and business consultant Paul Berry III ran for political office for the first time, as a Democrat.

He switched to the Republican Party in 2014, and sought a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. By September 2018, he was a candidate for St. Louis County Executive who lost the election — only to see Steve Stenger resign in late April 2019 following a federal indictment on bribery and mail fraud charges.

Now, this local politician is set to become an owner of radio stations.
