A Big Spectrum Win For A Far-Flung L.A. TV Station

LOS ANGELES — Walter Ulloa, the eldest among three brothers, founded Entravision Communications Corp. and is today its Chairman/CEO.

His middle brother, Roland, is the President of Dos Costas Communications Corp., while his youngest brother, Ronald Ulloa, is the owner of two television stations.

One of these TV siblings owned by Ronald is now officially a Los Angeles market facility — despite its city of license, which is quite far from downtown L.A. and most of the metropolitan area.
