A low-power TV station licensed to use VHF Channel 4 in the Dallas-Fort Worth market is being sold by one Hispanic broadcast ministry to another.
The property is KHFW-LD, licensed to Dallas, and Iglesia Manmin Toda la Creación USA, based in Florida, is selling it.
The buyer is Hispanic Family Christian Network, led by Maria C. Guel.
Details are scant, as the purchase price was not disclosed.
However, Guel has gained the option of obtaining two other stations in a separate agreement: KJPO-LD in Tonopah, Ariz., and WNDC-LP in Salisbury, Md.
