An AM/FM combo acquired in 1997 is being spun to another Missouri-based broadcasting company, a 50/50 partnership between Dean Brueseke and Robert Scott.
The FM changed frequencies in March 2008, while the AM now has a FM translator associated with it.
The seller? It is an ACA Connects member with its focus on cable TV, internet and phone services.
