The transaction is valued at $450,000, with a 10% escrow deposit delivered to Nebraska Title Co.
The balance will be paid at closing, subject to prorations and adjustments. This will see an amended price with a value of $0.75 for each $1.00 of the aggregate amount of outstanding receivables aged 90 days or less as of the earlier of the commencement of an LMA ahead of closing, or the closing date.
