It was once a Class A FM serving a tiny Colorado town. Today, it holds a Construction Permit for a 12kw Class C2 operation at 7,320 feet above sea level, giving this radio station coverage of such areas as Cortez, Colo.; Montezuma Creek, Utah; much of Farmington, N.M.; and a small portion of Arizona’s Navajo Nation.


That’s likely one big reason Tom Troland and Michael Mallace just acquired the property, in a deal brokered by Kalil & Co.
