A Newspaper Buys A Utah Radio Station

While cross-ownership rules restored by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals’ remand and rescission of changes approved by the Pai Commission forcedĀ Cox Media Group to sell three daily newspapers in the Dayton-Springfield DMA to Cox Enterprises and has placed other newspaper/radio deals on hold, the owner of a publication in Utah has decided to purchase a Class C2 FM and an associated FM translator.


It’s perfectly permissable.
