A TV Deal That’s A Pocketful of Sonshine


A digital low power TV station serving Pennsylania’s capital has just been sold.

It’s a deal between a couple of non-profit operators, with the buyer set to install its non-secular programming on the channel.

W07DP-D, licensed to Harrisburg, is being sold to Sonshine Family Television Corp. by Cornerstone Television (CTVN).

The sale price is $350,000.

A $17,500 escrow deposit has been delivered to Hardy, Carey, Chautin & Balkin, serving as escrow agent.

No broker or finder is associated with this transaction.

The buyer is based in Allentown and is led by Margaret Huber.
