On June 28, the owner of the FOX television affiliate serving Anchorage, Ak., filed a Good Faith Negotiation Complaint against Matanuska Telephone Association, a.k.a. MTA Communications.
The broadcast TV company alleges that MTA failed to negotiate retransmission consent in good faith for carriage of this station. MTA filed an answer; Coastal filed a Reply.
Media Bureau Chief Michelle Carey has now released her ruling on the matter.
