On January 8, Monte Spearman‘s High Plains Radio Network agreed to sell an AM, an FM, and an FM translator to a broadcast ministry. On Feb. 12, an amendment to that agreement was filed with the Commission.
It’s just been posted to the FCC database and includes the original APA, which contains new details about the deal.
