From Mesquite, Nev., through Beaver Dam, Ariz., and across Southern Utah’s most populated area, Nevada Public Radio has served listeners via a Class C2 FM signal based in the city of St. George.
That said, a Class C FM noncomm based in Utah offers much of the same programming. An FM translator covering St. George does too, thanks to Utah Public Radio.
As such, Nevada Public Radio is exiting St. George. The buyer? The No. 2 licensee of radio stations in the U.S.
