Mike Novak has found yet another station for Educational Media Foundation to buy. The noncom Religious giant will be picking up a CP earmarked for Cotton Valley LA from Educational Radio Foundation of East Texas Inc. for $650K, $450 of which will be paid pursuant to terms of a promissory note. The station will be in the reserved band at the 88.5 MHz dial position. A C2 with 32 kw @ 443’, it will presumably be aiming at the population center to the southwest of Cotton Valley – Shreveport LA. The CP doesn’t expire until 8/6/11.
