Now, Ravi Kapur has completed his acquisition of two digital mini-TV facilities from Mako Communications.
Mako, the Corpus Christi, Tex.-based LLC, has closed on the divestment of its construction permits for K11XS-D in Modesto, Calif., and K23PH-D in Chico, Calif.
It’s now part of Kapur’s Major Market Broadcasting of California, which paid $50,000 for the pair.
The buyer and seller splitting the FCC filing fee of $670.
Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the exclusive
broker for the seller in this transaction.
