A radio station cluster that straddles the border of Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula is being sold by small-market radio specialist Armada Media. According to brokerage Kalil and Co., the buyer is Radio Plus Bay Cities.
Armada is headed by Terry Shockley and Chris Bernier.
The stations include:
WLST-FM Marinette WI, operating on 95.1 MHz with 100 kW @ 436’
WMAM-AM Marinette WI operating on 570 kHz with 250 W-D, 100 W-N
WSFQ-FM Peshtigo WI operating on 96.3 MHz with 49 kW @ 482’
WHYB-FM Menomonee MI operating on 103.7 MHz with 7 kW @ 299’
WAGN-AM Menomonee MI operating on1340 kHz with 1 kW-U
