Australia Successfully Tests DRM In AM/FM


BRISBANE, QLD., AUSTRALIA — It’s known as the universal, openly standardized digital radio system for short-wave, medium-wave (AM), long-wave and FM / VHF bands.

And, it is celebrating recent demonstrations of its technology on both MHz and KHz facilities in Wangaratta, Vic. — stations owned by national public broadcaster ABC and private operator BAI.
