In Canada, Bohn & Associates has sold Jack FM.
Pat Bohn said the sale signals an end to a 10-year partnership with Wall media and separation from Sparknet Communications. He will focus on the Canadian radio industry.
As co-presidents, Pat Bohn and Wall Media’s Gary Wall founded Sparknet to license the Jack FM brand in the U.S. and Europe.
Sparknet sold the European licensing rights to Jack FM operator OXIS Media last year.
Bohn said the sale allows his company to focus on consulting and building radio brands, stations, networks and media assets.
