Consumer Trust In Broadcasters: Higher and Higher


For 24 years, New York-based brand engagement and customer loyalty research consultancy Brand Keys has created a Customer Loyalty Engagement Index (CLEI).

In an era full of “Fake News,” Brand Keys is using it as a gauge of consumer trust for not only big TV partners, but also TV news organizations.

The findings are largely positive for broadcast and cable TV stations offering morning and/or evening newscasts.
