A weak outlook from Texas Instruments weighed on the tech sector and the rest of the market as well on Wednesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down one point at 12,213, with other major indices also down slightly. Broadcasting issues, however, had an up day.
The RBR Radio Index was up 3.309, or 0.8%, at 407.421.
The TVBR Television Index was up 2.949, or 1.1%, at 264.515.
