Results were said to be mixed in the stock markets on a day in which moderate news was at the very least coincidental with moderate trading results. And broadcasters were certainly in the spirit of things, with radio up about a third of a percent and TV down exactly that much.
The RBR Radio Index rose 2.913, or 0.4%, to 769.697.
The TVBR Television Index fell 3.122, or 0.3%, to 948.952.
