Baltimore MD and Carlisle PA, just outside of Harrisburg, are close enough together in broadcast terms that what happens in one place can affect what happens in the other. In this case, the loser is Radio One.
At issue is WIOO Radio’s WIOO-AM in Carlisle, and Radio One’s WOLB-AM.
