President Obama has given NBC a backstage tour of the White House, and is getting ready for a controversial day-lonig session with ABC on health care. Now comes word that CBS has three separate bookings with the President. According to the Associated Press, on 6/19/09 there will be “Two Sides of Barack Obama” with Harry Smith; on Father’s Day 6/21/09 there will be “Barack Obama: An American Dad” on “Sunday Morning; and on 6/22/09’s “The Early Show” there will be “Barack Obama: The American President.”
RBR/TVBR observation: We would note that in the AP story, it said this completes Obama’s “triple crown…with the three networks.” Wonder what Fox thinks about that?
