New Vision Television has completed its acquisition of television stations in four markets from Montecito Broadcast Group. The deal includes five full-power satellites in certain of the markets. Included in the 330M acquisition are KOIN-TV Portland OR (CBS); KHON-TV, KHAW-TV & KAII-FM Honolulu HI (all Fox/CW); KSNW-TV, KSNC-TV, KSNG-TV & KSNK-TV Wichita KS (all NBC); and KSNT-TV Topeka KS (NBC). Montecito acquired them from Emmis back in 2005.
