Matrix Solutions’ Monarch Media Ad Sales Platform is now in place at one of the nation’s biggest owners of both radio and television stations.
As such, the company will now have what Matrix calls “complete visibility into their aggregated data while also providing extensive CRM capabilities and media intelligence designed to increase revenue opportunities and extend operational efficiencies.”
The ad sales platform for media companies is now implemented across Cox Media Group (CMG) properties.
The addition of Monarch gives CMG “complete transparency” into historical data, along with what Matrix calls the ability to uncover new, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, and better organization of daily, weekly, and monthly goal-driven activities and schedules. “Monarch will also provide CMG’s users with quick access to pertinent information when and where needed, simultaneously allowing them to strengthen customer relationships,” the Pittsburgh-based technology firm and conference organizer notes.
