The buyer is Lazer Licenses, LLC, parent of Oxnard-based Lazer Broadcasting Corporation. Alfredo Plascencia is the president, director and sole stockholder.
The price is $400,000. The buyer was to make a $20,000 down payment, which was to be placed in escrow.
EDB is related to Frontier Radio Management, with Jason Wolff as president.
KSMY is a Class C1 FM with an ERP of 3,500 watts @ 879’ HAAT; it operates on 106.7 MHz.
